Travel to Rockwell Automation Fair the easy way — with Kirby Risk. We are offering three great travel options for our customers that want to check out the 2025 Automation Fair in Chicago. Check out the packages below then fill out the form. A member of our team will reach out to you to complete the reservation process. It's that easy!
There is a fee to attend Automation Fair. However, if you travel with us, that fee is included in our packages. When you purchase a package, we'll provide a distributor code for you to use to register. This allows you to manage your own experience from registering for the show to signing up labs.
Rockwell registration for Automation Fair 2025 will open in early August. We anticipate that labs will also be released at that time.
Travel Packages
Base (Self-Drive) Package
General Access Pass - Early Bird Pricing
Package Cost: $895.00
Package Includes:
- This is a self-drive package; customer would take care of their own transportation to and from Chicago
- Two (2) night stay at Embassy Suites Chicago Downtown Magnificent Mile (Tuesday, November 18 & Wednesday, November 19)
- Hotel Parking for two (2) full days (November 18 & 19)
- Shuttle to and from McCormick Place where Automation Fair is held
- Dinner on Night 1 (Welcome Reception - November 18)
- Dinner on Night 2 (Lucky Strike Hospitality Event - November 19)
- Breakfast for Day 1 (November 19)
- Breakfast for Day 2 (November 20)
- General Access Pass to Automation Fair is included in this package. Once PO or payment type is confirmed, the customer will receive a distributor code to register.
Travel (Bus) Package
General Access Pass - Early Bird Pricing
Package Cost $995.00
Package Includes:
- Bus transportation from designated Kirby Risk location to Embassy Suites Chicago and return (November 18 departure and November 20 return)
- Two (2) night stay at Embassy Suites Chicago Downtown Magnificent Mile (Tuesday, November 18 & Wednesday, November 19)
- Shuttle to and from McCormick Place where Automation Fair is held
- Dinner on Night 1 (Welcome Reception at Embassy Suites - November 18)
- Dinner on Night 2 (Lucky Strike Hospitality Event - November 19)
- Breakfast for Day 1 (November 19)
- Breakfast for Day 2 (November 20)
- General Access Pass to Automation Fair is included in this package. Once PO or payment type is confirmed, the customer will receive a distributor code to register.
Advanced Training (Self-Drive) Package

Package Cost: $1,995.00*
*If you are interested in riding one of the Kirby Risk buses for this package, please reach out to your salesperson.
*Package includes a two-night hotel stay. Additional hotel rooms and parking can be added to this package at a cost of $250 per night, subject to availability.
