This instructor-led course is designed to provide basic knowledge of the terminology, functions, and features of FactoryTalk® Optix Studio™ software. Instructor-led training courses allow you to work with an instructor and other students in a group environment.

After completing training, you should be able to:

Navigate through the FactoryTalk Optix Studio environment and determine feature tokens
Create and configure the FactoryTalk Optix user interface
Configure and monitor data, events, and alarms
Create recipes and manage them at runtime
Define security for projects, panels, and objects

This course is intended for individuals who need to create and deploy FactoryTalk Optix projects should attend.

Kirby Risk Training Cancellation Policy:

If you cannot attend the above class as scheduled, notify your Kirby Risk sales representative or automationtraining@kirbyrisk.com as soon as possible. If the enrollment is cancelled more than 16 days before the scheduled start of the event, 100% of the tuition will be refunded. If cancelled 16 to 8 days before the scheduled start of the event, 50% of the full tuition amount will be billed for standard enrollments. Cancellations received 7 days before the start of the event will be charged the full tuition. If a student fails to appear for a scheduled class, full tuition will be charged.
